Visit Times
Your relatives and friends are a great support. While establishing the following visit times, we tried to conciliate your well-being and the good process of the medical care:
 
Visits every day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 13:30 P.M. to 20:00 P.M.
 
For intensive care units, specific timetables are available close to the access doors:
  • ICN    (Intensive Care Neonatal): from 10 A.M to 11 A.M and from 17:00PM to 18:00 PM . Visit is limited for Father and Mother.
  • NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit): Visit is limited for  father and mother  in coordination with the nursing team
  • CCU   (Coronary Care Unit): from 9:30 A.M to 10:30 A.M and from 15:00 PM to 16:00 PM .
  • ICU     (Intensive Care Unit):  from 10:30 A.M to 11:30 A.M and from 16:00PM to 17:00 PM

Instructions to open a medical file

Convenience to provide medical service in an expeditions manner when we ask you to enter in our hospital commitment  to the following rules when  entering:

-If you want to  get the results of your medical tests, or you  submit an application at the Office of entry where the section athided time of receipt of the required.

-Under refused  service or refused treatment describe by doctor you bear all responsibility and signs the model predicted rejection.

Responsibilities of patients and escorts and Visitors

1- Only one companions is allowed to stay  with the patient during the  night and none in intensive care units.

2-no men complain for women patients(husband,brother,father….) in all departments to respect the privacy of the other patient.

3-Breastfeeding mother is allowed to stay in the allocated room if breast feeding needed.

4-No smoking inside the hospital or alcohol drinking is allowed.

5- Children under 14 are not allowed to visit patients .

6-Visitors should not non-interfer in  the medical or nursing  issues.

7-No food is allowed into the patient’s rooms.

8-Visitors are asked to respect calmess.

Rights and duties of the patient

The patient’s rights are:

1-      The nurse explains for the patient rooms and content (how to use the bed, nurse call, telephone …).

2-      Knowing the treatment and procedures acquired is a right for each patient

3-      Taking the consent of the patient on the methods of treatment, surgeries, blood transfusion and other.

4-      Explanation of the treatment plan is a right for the patient.

5-      The nurse defines the rights and duties for the patient that is at the door of each patient room.

6-      The patient can inquire about the doctor’s visit, consultation, tests results’ diagnosis, and expected duration of stay, follow-up review, rehabilitation and potential complications.

7-      Ensure the patient’s religious and political freedom of.

8-      Define the methods used to decrease pain (PCA, Delivery without pain).

9-      The patient has the right to choose a meal according to his state of health.

10-   Talking with the patient in a language he/she understand.

11-   Listen to patient’s complaints and suggestion.

12-   The patient has the right of workers to maintain and respect he/she privacy and dignity.
