Nuclear Imaging Is an Imaging of the human body or any of its members by using GAMMA technique ,which works on detecting the spread of malignant diseases, especially in the bones, and to determine the inflation of thyroid glands and the presence of nodes that could affect it.

In addition to the GAMMA technique ,there is the newest and the unique technique in oncology  imaging in Bekaa valley, which is the POSITRON EMISSION TOMOGRAPHY (PET),it distinguishes benign from malignant disease, identifies the grade ,the stage of malignancy And the primary site of a tumor for biopsy or therapeutic purposes , it also establishes the response  to therapy, pre, during and post therapy imaging.
